Today is BiL & Ling's turn to cook!! Cool!!

still got another dish.. Ling is making.. Teriyaki chicken!!

Today is a public holiday but PP is going no where...

HH kindly volunteered to cook.. hehe!! continue from where PP stopped, HH coated the marinated lean pork with corn starch..

all white & powdery..

fried the pork till golden brown or when there's nice smell coming from the wok.. hehe!!

take them out & let the paper towel suck out the excess oil..

simmer the sauce (we got the ready made one from NTUC) den add the pork in.. stir & coat the pork with the sauce..

Viola.. Sweet & Sour pork!! - HH's favourite!!
Next is the fish.. HH suggested to coat it with corn starch before pan frying them.. tat's PP's hand..
Simmer the sauce (also ready made from NTUC) den add the fish in. tat's HH..
Taadaa!! our fish!
Then the soba.. boil them in water 1st..

drain them out when they are soft den refrigerate them..
Dou miao.. PP likes this veggie!!

This is wat we had for dinner today.. Ling & BiL were out with BiL's buddy.. we left some for them.. BiL commented that the sweet & sour pork is the best!! HH is proud of it!! =)

what a Thursday!! (26 Nov 2009)

On leave today wanting to whip up dinner for Ling, BiL & HH.. went NTUC with Ling in the morning.. we bought a whole lot of stuff.. see wat's inside our trolley?? Elmo bike can't contain wat we bought so Ling ended up holding one of the bags.. hehe!!

Back home, PP did some marinating to the lean pork we bought..

half a teaspoon of salt..

half a teaspoon of sugar.. PP sprinkled the sugar but din use the whole lot shown in the picture..

PP also added egg to the marinated pork & placed them in the fridge.. Next, she chopped up some garlic.. HH & BiL love garlic.. =)

PP went out for facial & steaming in the afternoon.. after facial, on the way back to AMK for steaming, PP did it again... haiz.. PP met with an accident.. =(
HH working so he can't come.. Cow & Chong came to PP's rescue..

The van PP knocked into..

At TTSH A&E.. on the wheelchair.. HH came to TTSH after he knocked off..

Just finish "wrapping up"..

back at home resting.. HH kept insisting PP to elevate her legs.. Poor baa baa..

so difficult to sleep... =(
Mum dunno yet.. she's still in China.. Shh......

PP tried to make smoky eyes with.... her grey eyebrow pencil.. hehe!! can make it?

After work, PP went over SH's hse.. she managed to get the cakes SH's mum likes & wanna see SH.. wanna catch up with her.. haven't seen or talk to SH for a long tme.. =(
Glad that she's fine & having fun at her new house.. must try to visit her new place soon..
*hint: invitation leh!!*

Coincidentally it's SH's mum's birthday.. & she graciously invited PP to stay for the cake cutting. SH's mum even cut a slice for Ling.. hehe!!

Went to sch to meet Jovi & JB for project discussion.. HH OT-ed.. after discussion & OT, HH picked PP up for Mac dinner.. =)
PP wanted to try the teriyaki chicken burger..


HH had a quick dinner at home already.. he ordered an apple pie & an oreo cheesecake.. oreo cheesecake not very nice!! =S
this oreo cheesecake reminds HH of PP's den he complaint PP for not making.. hehe!! nehmind la.. next time la.. hehe!!
We came home & watched CSI den kun (sleep)..

Breakfast.. free cos BiL passed PP the mcdwin tabs.. hehe!!



School was on till lunch.. PP went lunch at LJS with her classmates before going to Chinatown to jalan & stock up on pantiliners.. PP is an aunty.. fine.. =P

Den PP decided to jalan jalan OG People's Park.. hehe!! Old Girl..

found something... too flowery.. try for fun..

Something Ling likes..
but the one she ordered was lost in mail.. =(

Din buy anything.. Good girl!!

Reached home & found Ling & BiL playing Monopoly.. whahaha!! PP joined in as the banker.. cos they not willing to "balik" (re-start).. hehe!! Check out

BiL tot of having pizza.. PP remember ed Spizza which HH suggested to go previously.. After HH knocked off, we went over to pick him up & off we go for pizza!!

After our food trail... we returned to Fernvale to play with Clover.. hehe!! She was abit overwhelmed by the attention.. she was almost crying when Ling wanted to carry her.. hehe! hiya.. warm up abit, anybody also can carry Clover.. hehe!! Now Clover's weight is equivalent to a pack of 10kg rice. keke!!
