today is grandma's 2nd death anniversary on the lunar calendar.. her death date was on 24 Feb 2008 on the ang mo calendar.. we gathered that ah gu's house for the prayers.. though our family dun believe in pai-pai (Buddhism), we were there to pay respects.. grandma sayang both Ling & PP alot when she was around..

PP dozed off during the chantings.. Opps.. after the rituals, we brought the things down to burn.. from PP's understanding, these burnt stuff will reach grandma & grandpa in the underworld..

Mum, Ling & PP helped with the carrying but the filling up part was done by the rest of our aunties & cousins..

After the burning of joss paper, we returned to ah gu's home for brunch.. ta bao back for HH.. then we went for movie.. we decided on Goemon as it was screened exclusively at Cathay.. overall it's nice though the effect abit over la.. hehe!!
