Kenny Boy was leaving on Wed, 22nd July 09.. HH & PP wanted to go send him off.. Kenny Boy & HH hit off after our trip to Perth earlier this yr in March.. On our flight back from Perth, both Kenny & HH were seated next to each other, talking, disturbing each other.. When we have family gatherings, they will also be seen chatting & suan-ing each other.. if you dunno them, you may think that HH is bullying Kenny.. hehe!!
After knocking off, PP rushed home to pom pom & get ready by 7pm to meet HH.. HH said that he would reach around 6.45pm.. juz nice when BiL & Ling reached downstairs to pick Uncle & mum up, HH reached.. we left together.. PP chose HH's bike cos his bike more power & faster than PP's elmo.. hehe!!
We were travelling along the road towards AMK ITE, going to filter left to go on CTE (SLE) so to go to KPE then TPE to airport.. something like tat.. think PP messed up the Es.. hehe!! While waiting at the give way line before entering CTE, PP did the usual, check back for oncoming vehicles before HH move off.. Suddenly PP saw the white car coming but before she could tell HH, the car hit our bike.. PP & HH were thrown off their bike..
PP was shocked.. overly shocked.. as she fell, she remembered to keep her head up as she was wearing her Elmo helmet.. when she sort of regain her mind, she was screaming her head off... she saw HH pinned down by his bike.. HH was frantically trying to push his bike off his right leg.. PP was screaming all the way & tried to push the bike off HH.. PP can't push it off!!! tat's not PP!! think PP scream off too much energy.. Good thing there were 2 Malaysian bikes who stopped to help us.. lift the bike up & put it on main stand & help HH up.. the female driver came over to help PP.. PP was clearly in shocked.. her brain was still screaming when she stood up..
PP was trembling.. HH's leg was bleeding.. HH's reaction also very fast la.. once he regained his posture & mind, he started to take picture of the accident.. the F/driver was very apologetic & kept asking if we were alright.. PP still trembling, not thinking clearly.. the F/driver was very worried abt HH & PP.. PP told her, PP is more worried abt our bike.. ok ok.. you all muz b scolding PP siao..
HH got PP to call mum while he settle with the F/driver.. she opt for private settlement.. willing to pay for the damages & medical fees.. PP was trembling while talking to her mum.. he mum was shocked too.. Mum told PP that they will be on the way there.. sort of good la.. PP too shocked to do anything.. BiL and the rest of the family arrived & BiL helped to push the bike onto the pavement.. BiL also got us water to clean our wounds..
After things were more or less settled, the F/driver & HH exchanged numbers.. she left the scene.. her car blocking the way ma.. BiL & the rest of the family went to the airport to send Kenny off... HH & PP decided to seek medical treatment instead of going to airport.. HH called for tow to tow his bike.. HH & PP then took cab back to PP's place to get Elmo.. we went to HH's family doctor.. PP was the rider while HH pillion..
PP was given antibiotics & painkillers, wound wash & antibiotic cream.. Dr Tan "dressed" HH up.. clean his wound & do dressing on it & advised HH to go A&E to get the tetanus (po san feng) jab.. PP got the jab tat time when she went A&E for the fall in Melaka.. we were given 2 days MC..
PP no bring her NRIC out.. so we returned to PP's place again... HH was scared by the way PP rode in the carpark juz now so he rode while PP pillion.. on the way back, we saw our bike being towed off.. after taking her wallet, off to TTSH we went.. Eeee....... got to wear mask.. it's always HH accompanying PP go A&E.. now it's PP's turn to accompany HH.. =D
Dunno waited how long.... then HH's turn.. juz before mee-c called HH, PP's mum called her & PP was on the phone.. after hanging up with mum, PP went searching for HH... after searching high & low, actually HH was juz behind the waiting area where we were seated juz now.. hiyo.. PP blur kuku.. see doc den go x-ray.. take quite a number of x-rays.. den back to wait.. den H got called again to the dressing room.. not the changing room kind.. his wound was still bleeding so doc wanna redo his dressing.. quite long.. PP alone waiting for him.. abit scared.. got 2 PRCs waiting outside also..
While waiting for HH to finish taking x-ray...
Aft the "dressing", HH got his prescription & MC.. we went pharmacy to get his medications.. another wait.. after all these, HH & PP went to McDonald's for dinner.. it's almost midnight..
HH took Elmo home cos he'll be going to bike shop.. PP gonna nua at home..
